Speaker Biographies:

Ms. Tianyin Cheng
Associate Director, Strategy Indices, S&P Dow Jones Indices

Tianyin Cheng is associate director, strategy indices, at S&P Dow Jones Indices. She focuses on alternate beta strategies including factor-based strategies, dividends and volatility, as well as quantitative, thematic and asset-allocation strategies. In her role, Tianyin works closely with the sales, marketing and Index Research & Design departments to bring new ideas to market.

Prior to her current role, Tianyin was a quant analyst and risk manager at Catalytic Investment Group, a Singapore-based multi-strategy fund, equity fund and family office. She also has two years of experience in quantitative equity research, including a position at Daiwa Capital Markets in Singapore

Tianyin holds a M.Sc. in Econometrics and Mathematical Economics with Distinction from The London School of Economics (LSE) and a B.Sc. in Mathematics with the Lee Kuan Yew Gold Medal award from Nanyang Technological University (NTU), Singapore.

Mr. Simon Weston
Senior Fund Manager, AXA Investment Managers

Simon Weston is a Senior Fund Manager working for AXA Investment Managers based in Hong Kong. He has over 25 years' experience working as an investment manager and buy-side analyst covering the Asian equity markets.

Simon started his career in London, working for Hill Samuel Asset Managers and then Old Mutual Asset Managers. In 2007 he moved to Singapore to join CLSA, where he was Managing Director and Portfolio Manager of Semeru CLSA Capital Partners, an investment management unit of the group. In 2015 he joined AXA Investment Managers.

Simon has considerable interest in the field of investor relations, and has spoken at many events on the subject, including those organised by the Taiwan Stock Exchange, Investor Relations magazine, and NIRI.

Simon has an MA from the University of Cambridge in the UK, is an Associate of the UK Society of Investment Professionals (UK equivalent of the CFA) and holds the Certificate in Investor Relations from the UK Investor Relations Society.

Ms. Nina Zhan
Vice-President of IR, 361 Degrees International

Ms. Nina Zhan, is the Vice-President of Investor Relations of 361 Degrees International Limited (SEHK: 1361). She joined the Company in October 2015 and is primarily responsible for its investor relations programme. Ms. Zhan has over 10 years of experience in corporate finance, investor relations, corporate governance and management from her previous positions in investment banking, communication advisory and Hong Kong Listed Company. She received her bachelor's degree from Peking University, majoring in International Relations and double majoring in Economics. She received her master's degree from the University of Pennsylvania in 2005, majoring in International Political Economy.
