Judy is a Chinese Canadian with a diversified background. She graduated from the University of British Columbia with a Bachelor of Commerce Degree. With 15 years of experience in the industry moving from FICC focused to cross asset solutions, she possesses extensive networks comprised of high profile clients on both buy-side and issuers, with a long track record of pioneering successful and innovative structures for her clients.

Her achievement includes spearheading the first ever commodity linked structured note launched for retail market and the distribution of hundreds of “Breakfast Notes” whereby the payoff was linked to orange juice, coffee beans, wheat and milk into the private bank channel for HNW individuals. She also created bespoke structured repo lending businesses to help traditional cash rich investors bridge their funding gap. Her accomplishments in developing stellar products have gained her widespread prominence as a preeminent expert in the field.

Leveraging on her seasoned experience in distributing illiquid structured notes, Judy also became a recognized leader specializing in private placement debts. Her team at ANZ launched a 10Y 2 Billion CNH bond for an SOE in the private placement space; holding the record for the largest and longest dated CNH bond in the market. This deal was followed by the inaugural 30Y HKD bond issued by HKMC.
