MTR Shenzhen "Rail plus Property" Project Visit co-host with China Real Estate Chamber of Commerce Hong Kong Chapter Limited

| Outline: | Property development at Shenzhen Metro Line 4 (Longhua Line) – Tiara With a total site area of about 89,400 square metres, the project, named Tiara, is MTR's first property development project in the People's Republic of China. On 26 April 2015, the first batch of Tiara's residential units was launched for pre-sale, and 97% of the units were sold on the first day of pre-sale. On 11 September 2015, HKIRA and CRECCHK are very pleased to invite all Members and Guests to join the visits of MTR Shenzhen "Rail plus Property" Project.  |
