HKICS 10th Biennial Corporate Governance Conference (CGC 2016)

| Outline: | The Hong Kong Institute of Chartered Secretaries is holding its 10th biennial Corporate Governance Conference (CGC) under the theme of 'Corporate governance inside and out – forces shaping the corporate governance landscape' at the JW Marriott Hotel Hong Kong on 23 and 24 September 2016. The conference will bring together thought leaders from the corporate governance, legal, regulatory, risk and finance, and other fraternities, locally and internationally to share perspectives of corporate governance for navigating the challenges ahead. In face of various internal and external forces that shape a company's corporate governance practices, the conference will explore how they wield their influences, along with the best practices to adopt from discussions and peer sharing from players both inside and outside of the company. |
