| Outline: | The Institute of Financial Planners of Hong Kong (IFPHK) launches the “IFPHK Financial Education Leadership Awards 2020”. Themed “Recognizing Inspiring Achievements on Financial Education”, the Awards aims at recognizing corporate and individuals in providing public financial education to the community on a pro bono basis. Last year, 20 corporates and non-profit organizations were awarded for their contribution in raising financial literacy in Hong Kong. Awardees including Bank of China (Hong Kong) Limited, AIA International Limited, Towngas, to name a few. The Awards is open to all Hong Kong commercial firms, NGOs and individuals who have undertaken financial education tasks over the year. Corporate awards include “Best Corporate Financial Education Leadership of the Year”, “Corporate Financial Education Leadership”, “Corporate Financial Education Leadership for the Best Advocate”, “Corporate Volunteer Team in Financial Education”. The individual award is named as “Citizen Volunteer in Financial Education”. The Awards is open for application with a submission deadline of 30 September, 2019. Awardees will be announced at a ceremony in January, 2020. |
