| Outline: | This program provides an overview of the essentials for INEDs to build expertise on corporate governance and directorship. It aims to help professionals and experienced executives who aspire to develop a career as INEDs. The content of the program will cover regulatory expectations, legal issues and competency requirements relevant to the role of INEDs. It is comprised of six (6) modules of 2.5 hours each in the evening. |

| Remarks: | Certification will be awarded by HKiNEDA upon passing the INED Essentials assessment at Module 6 |
