HKU SPACE Certificate for Module (Investor Relations and ESG)

Introduction

The programme aims to equip students with the principles of investor relations (IR) and the application of Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) best practice within the IR role. It will cover the practices of investor relations, company report analysis, communication strategies in IR, ESG reporting requirements for the listed companies in Hong Kong, and effective ESG disclosures. The programme will also explore the growing importance of ESG in investment decision-making and how to develop a compelling ESG narrative that resonates with investors.
