Moderator: Ms. Luna Fong General Manager, Investor Strategy & Communications Shui On Land Limited Luna Fong is currently the General Manager – Investor Strategy & Communications of Shui On Land Limited. Luna has extensive experience in accounting, finance, investor relations and corporate strategy. Prior to joining Shui On Land Limited, she worked as the Head of Investor Relations of Link REIT. She also worked as Corporate Finance Manager at Esprit Holdings Limited, Senior Manager in Financial Planning & Analysis at Sino Land Company Limited and Senior Manager in Assurance at Pricewaterhouse Coopers. Luna holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of British Columbia and is a Certified Public Accountant. Panel Speakers: Mr. Jeff Jackson Director, Asia Research CGI Glass Lewis Pty Limited Jeff Jackson oversees the proxy research team that covers 13 Asian capital markets split across Greater China, South Asia and Southeast Asia. Collectively, this group analyses the corporate governance practices of over 4,500 companies annually. Jeff joined Glass Lewis in 2012 as a member of the Asia research team in San Francisco, covering primarily South and Southeast Asia, until 2017, when he relocated to Glass Lewis’ Sydney office to lead the expansion of the Asia research team. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Diplomacy and World Affairs from Occidental College, as well as Master’s degrees in International Relations and Diplomacy from the Australian National University. Mr. Bryan Ko Head of Asia Georgeson Asia With over 20 years experience in the financial industry, including over 10 years market experience in Asia Investor Relations, Bryan has worked in China, Hong Kong, Singapore, Taiwan, Thailand, Malaysia, Indonesia and Vietnam markets. Bryan has an in-depth understanding of how the different exchanges/markets work within the APAC region & how market intelligence products fits into these variants. Prior to joining Georgeson, Bryan worked for Ipreo & Link Group - Orient Capital & led a team to establish and grow a successful business in the Asian markets. His entrepreneurial mindset and dedication throughout his leadership roles and through continuous collaboration with business executives has resulted in growth and success. Mr. Eric Yau Chief Strategy Officer Link Asset Management Limited Mr Eric Yau oversees the development, communication, execution and sustainment of corporate strategic initiatives as well as all functions covering external affairs and stakeholder management, including corporate affairs and marketing, investor relations, sustainability and corporate finance. He is one of the responsible officers of Link REIT (Link REIT, stock code:00823.hk) for the purposes of the SFO and a director of a number of subsidiaries of Link. He also serves as a member of the Financial Treasury Service Committee of the Hong Kong General Chamber of Commerce, a board member of the Hong Kong Chapter of Asia Pacific Real Estate Association, a member of the General Committee of The Chamber of Hong Kong Listed Companies, a member of the Examination Committee of the Hong Kong Securities and Investment Institute and a member of the Executive Committee of the Hong Kong Investor Relations Association.
