As a team leader, you can be a coach for your team members instead of just being a manager. What is the difference between managing and coaching? Coaching helps managers to be more effective with their teams and peers. It helps them develop their confidence and abilities as managers in diverse and dynamic work environments. Having well-coached managers with better skills helps organizations achieve their goals more quickly.
