| Outline: | As digital currencies and payment methods have gained traction globally, different markets are exploring potential application scenarios and how best to leverage the developments. Such efforts involve not only the private sector, but public sector participants are key enablers of such trends. In this session of our Industry Exchange Series, distinguished speakers will share their views on the wholesale and general purposes of Central Bank Digital Currencies (CBDC). Our experts will also discuss the implications of digital currencies, such as CBDC and other cryptocurrencies, for digital payment systems and methods. They will also speak about the opportunities and challenges for the financial markets with the gradual introduction of digital currencies and payment innovations.
