Outline:	UNESCAP has partnered with the World Green Organisation (WGO) once again to organise Sustainable Investing and ESG Conference in 2020/21. It is a 2-day hybrid conference that gathers policymakers and C Level representatives of business, financial institutions, international organisations, family offices and foundations as well as academic to discuss pressing issues in promoting climate-resilient investment to finance the SDGs. This online conference is held with the objective as follows: Propose innovative mechanisms to support the recovery effort from pandemic and increase sustainable investment; Identify best practices for environmental, social and governance (ESG) investment, mainstreaming, accessing and leveraging finance for climate mitigation and adaptation as well as carbon neutral; Demonstrate successful green projects supported by Green funds/bonds and showcase Eco-healthy technologies and applications to attain SDGs Develop a common understanding of the latest trends, successes and challenges with infrastructure financing, facilitate project matching between project proponents and potential investors; and Raise awareness about climate risks and sustainable investment and strengthen the capacity of stakeholders to develop an enabling policy environment that promotes public private partnerships.
