Entry Fees

Nominees are required to confirm their acceptance of nomination and pay the entry fee.

• Entry fee is HK$1,500 per company to enter the Awards. The entry fee covers the administration cost of participation in one (1) nominated award category.
• For participation in any additional nominated award categories, an administration fee of HK$1,500 is required for each category.
• The entry fee (HK$1,500) will be waived for company with valid HKIRA membership as of 1 June 2024.
  Members who wish to enter more than one award category are required to pay any additional administration fee.
• For Corporate Member with more than 1 nominee, administration fee for one additional award categories could be waived with each valid membership as of 1 June 2024.

Payment Method

• Payment may be settled by:
  • Credit cards (via PayPal, accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, JCB)
  • Cheques
  • Bank transfers
• For payments made by cheque and bank transfer, an invoice will be issued after your entry has been confirmed.
• For online payment, a confirmation email will be issued after the payment has been received.
• All bank fees are to be paid by the remitter.
• Entry fees are non-refundable.
